Grill'd Healthy Burgers Robina Town Centre, Gold CoastToday we were blessed to be able to have lunch at Grill’d at Robina on the Promenade.

Grill’d have just celebrated their second birthday at Robina this week. On Monday they had a special offer of Bring a Friend, buy one burger and the friend gets their burger for free.

Lots of Gold Coasters took Grill’d up on their offer and enjoyed the healthy burger alternative!

Today Greg is on late shift at work and so he was able to enjoy a late lunch and have his burger and hot chips.

One thing that I appreciate about Grill’d is the range of different and healthy burgers to choose from.

Grill'd Healthy BurgersToday Greg ordered a Summer Sunset beef burger. This included the grilled lean beef pattie, avocado, bacon, pineapple and salad.

Allan chose the Baa Baa Burger. This has a lean Lamb grilled pattie also with avocado, tasty cheese, salad, relish and herbed mayo.

My choice was the new Winter Special, which is only available for a limited period! This also included the lean beef gilled pattie with feta, rocket, tomato, Spanish onion and smashed spicy pumpkin! Yum!

We also grabbed a takeaway burger for my mum, who is currently in hospital and looking for a change from hospital food. Mum got the Big Queenslander (aka Almighty) burger. This yummy burger has the 100% lean beef grilled pattie with tasty cheese, trim, crispy bacon, free-range egg, beetroot slices, salad and relish and herbed mayo.

We all got our burgers on the traditional wholemeal bun, but you can also select the Panini roll if you prefer.

The chips may not be as healthy as the burgers are, but they are still delicious! I loved the seasoning on them. I asked what was in it and found out from Glen, a Franchise Partner, that it is made up of Rosemary, Sage, Thyme and Rock Salt. Yummy! This is a great tasting seasoning on nicely cooked chips.

At the end of his lunch break, Greg went back to work and I went to visit mum in hospital with her Big Queenslander burger and chips. Mum loved it!

Grill'd Healthy Burgers, TakeawayThis is definitely one place that we will be visiting again in the future. Grill’d has many stores all over Australia, I have seen today from their website.

To think that a week ago I had never really even heard of Grill’d Healthy Burgers and now I am a happy and satisfied customer!

In our next blog post we will travel back to Tasmania to continue our holiday tales. We will share some photos that we took on our walk out to the Sphinx Rock, part way up Mt Wellington, near Hobart. At around 720m above sea level, the views were breathtaking.

So until then, Remember to Enjoy Life and Enjoy a time with your Family!
